It's back-to-school time again, and we are trying to get into our new routines. As you probably know, Jon switched his degree to Culinary and he is enjoying his classes so far. Ok, maybe Accounting isn't his cup of tea, but I doubt I can be of any help. I took Accounting in London and the only thing I remember from the class was that the guy who sat across from me picked his nose. Sweet.
My term started off rocky, but I think that should be TSU's motto. Their culture of apathy is surpassed only by some of their obsurd rules. But, I have everything straightened out now, and my classes aren't too bad. My sociology professor is very chatty. In fact, he talks about everything but sociology. Oh well...it's only one night a week, I can suffer.
Probably my fave class is Technical Writing. My Film class is okay too, especially since we will be watching films and then just writing a couple paragraphs about them. Our first film is Jaws. Not too tough! My last class is Psychology of Speech, which is basically Interpersonal Communications. It's an extremely soft class, with class discussions and journal writing. All-in-all the toughest thing I will do this term is complete a paper for a 1-hour course I started this summer (which I will somehow work into my Technical Writing course as well).
I know this is a bit of a ramble, but I realized I started this blog and then did nothing with it. I will try to update it periodically, and hope to hear comments from everyone as well.
Keep in touch!

How cool :) You have a blog, too :)Glad to hear your term is better off now. I can't wait to be back in a classroom again. Online schooling is really... bland.
I have this bookmarked so I'll be visiting frequently :)
Love and miss you :-D
Hello! I will check out your blog regularly. Thanks for posting neat photos and sharing them with me. I'll be looking closely every pictures you're going to post. Thank you so much for inviting me to view your blog. Sister, Jon, take care of each other and be happy.
Nice to see you're staying with your schooling, but I've never understood our family's passion for ten year college careers. Since gradiating high school I've never spent a day in a classroom. In fact I could just as well have dropped out after sixth grade and be right where I am today. By then I knew how to read and write and knew my gozintas. High school added nothing, except maybe a few scattered half remembered phrases in Kraut.
Anyway don't be influenced by my caustic bitterness, little Sister. When you mentioned a sociology class I figured Why not give you something to reflect on.
Have a nice day, both theoretically and actually.
